COVID-19 Update from Pro-Vision

With the announcement of the stay-at-home order in Michigan, we have updated our Coronavirus (COVID-19) plan accordingly. We are continuing our operations as an Essential Business through the duration of this order. Pro-Vision is fully committed to providing the highest levels of service without disrupting our operations.

Operation Plan During Business Continuation:

First and foremost, we have implemented social distancing and hygiene best practices to protect our on-premise employees from exposure. We will continue to monitor the ongoing development of the pandemic and follow federal, state and local guidelines while implementing best practices to control the spread.

• Supply Chain: We have been actively working with our domestic and international supply partners since January to ensure product availability. Our supply chain is fully functional. We will continue to monitor this globally but expect minimal, if any, disruptions.
• Daily Production and Shipping Functions: We are on regular schedules with special precautions for our limited on-site employees. All on-site functions are performed under social distancing guidelines. We are observing Federal and State guidelines with respect to COVID-19 suppression and disinfecting work areas daily.
• Customer Service, Sales, and Technical Support: All support functions remain fully functional on a remote basis.
