Kevin Spalding
Kevin Spalding is the Chief Financial Officer for Pro-Vision and a member of the company’s executive management team. Kevin is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and management of all finance and treasury activities, accounting and reporting, and operational analysis while advising the CEO and Board of Directors on critical matters relating to achieving financial and operational objectives. Previously, Kevin was the CFO for Novo Building Products, and prior to that, he worked in public accounting at Arthur Andersen. Kevin has a B.S. and an MBA from Grand Valley State University. He also is a Certified Public Accountant in Michigan.
